We are pleased to introduce Chris Orwa.
Chris is a rising Data Scientist from Kenya, whose keen interest and analysis of Data has led to insightful revelations on the different ways we can use data to make informed decisions.
He brings 12 years of experience and has worked on a variety of data-driven projects. Chris is an expert in data mining, predictive analytics, and machine learning. He has experience in leading teams and creating innovative solutions in banking, telecom, fintech, retail, and logistics. He is an active member of the data science community, participating in conferences and giving talks on topics related to data analysis. Chris has a passion for helping organizations make data-driven decisions and has helped many companies realize their business goals through the use of data.
He currently serves as the Head of Data at Sendy, and has previously served as the Head of Artificial Intelligence at StepWise, as the Lead Data Scientist at I&M Bank, a Data Scientist at Safaricom and Brave, the Lead Data Scientist at iHub Nairobi, and a Data Analyst at Doban Africa.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kenyatta University.
